Registration Guidelines
Generally there are 3 steps to finalize your registration process.
Step 1. Fill in registration form
Please fill in the registration form online here (Online registration is open). Alternatively, you can download the registration form (right click to download), fill in and email back to the secretariat at [email protected].
Step 2. Abstract submission (Optional for listeners)
Please upload your formatted abstract online in Step 1, or submit by email at [email protected];
For presenters, the abstract will be processed for peer review and get back with the decisions in about 5-15 days (no later than 15 days).

Step 3. Confirmation and payment
Once the online registration is submitted (or registration form sent by email), the secretary will send an confirmation email within 3 working days.
As soon as your payment is finalized, you will receive a confirmation. Expected processing will be 1-3 days. Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis, your registration is valid only after payment of the registration fee is finalized.

Note:
2. Full Registration Includes: ONE presentation (oral or poster), access to all sessions, all official documentation including program booklet, Certificate of Attendance, Lunch (Sep. 26 & 27), and refreshments during coffee breaks.
3. Student registration rate: For full time students (applicable for graduate and doctoral students only, copy of student ID or certificate is mandatory).
4. Full payment is required before the conference. If payment is not received prior to the conference the attendee's registration could be cancelled and/or the attendee may not be admitted into the conference.

5. The handling fee might be charged by the bank during the wire transfer. For bank transfer payment, all transfer fees must be covered by the participant and may not be deducted from the amount remitted. For payment by PayPal, 5% handling fees will be charged by PayPal, the total amount of payment will be the amount of registration fee plus 5% (handling fee charged by PayPal), and we will only receive the full amount of registration fee.

1. We encourage online payments for conference registration fees. For payments that are made by bank transfer, all bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant and may not be deducted from the amount remitted. For payments by PayPal, 5% handling fees will be charged by PayPal.
2. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly quote the invoice number in the remittance receipt so that our Finance team can identify the payment easily, e.g. "ICBB90134".
3. Those who prefer to pay by cash on-site shall apply the on-site registration rate. If your country is affected by Foreign Exchange Control, please contact secretariat and pay on-site by cash.

Participant Certification
Participant will get a certificate of attendance, and will be issued at the time of registration to all registered delegates. No certificate will be issued to no-show delegates.
Invitation letter
After payment of registration fee is confirmed, formal visa support invitation letters will be issued.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded according to the following policy:
Cancellations or changes of registration should be sent in writing via email to the Secretariat ([email protected]) before Sep. 10, 2019. All approval refunds will be issued after the conference.
• Cancellation by Aug. 31, 2019: A refund of 80% of the paid amount; Cancellation after Sept. 01, 2019: No Refund.
• If you can not participate after payment, you can also find another one to replace you.

Liability and Insurance
The organizers are not liable for any injury or damage involving persons and property during the conference. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
