Prof. Cristina Lanni
Associate Professor in Pharmacology, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Pavia, Italy.
Brief Introduction: Starting from the pathogenic mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease (AD), Cristina Lanni studied the molecular characterization of the physiological effects of beta-amyloid on cellular network. She also participated to research new peripheral biomarkers for AD and described the modulation of p53 activity by physiological concentrations of Aβ. At the moment she is researching on molecular players considered involved in complex interactions associated with the inverse correlation between cancer and AD. Her current H-index is 38.
Research Interests: pathogenic mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease, molecular characterization of the hypothetical physiological effect of beta-amyloid, inverse association between cancer and Alzheimer's disease.

Assistant Professor at the Professional Master Program in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Taipei Medical University (TMU), Taiwan.
Brief Introduction: He was a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is serving as an editorial board member of prestigious international journals, and has been also serving as a Program Committee Member for more than 40 international conferences since 2017 including GIW/ISCB-Asia 2020, IEEE BIBM 2020, ISMCO 2020, IEEE CBMS 2020, IEEE BIBM 2019, InCoB 2019, IEEE CBMS 2019, IEEE BIBE 2019, etc. His current H-index is 31.

Dr. Binh Nguyen
Senior Lecturer in Data Science at the School of Mathematics and Statistics in Victoria University of Wellington (VUW), New Zealand.
Brief Introduction: He has strong experience with data science and predictive modeling using deep learning, especially in the highly complex interdisciplinary research he did while working on projects for both academia and industry. In the past, he has won several awards for his work on the development of innovative medical devices and the application of data science to improve healthcare. Since joining Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand - NZ) as a Senior Lecturer in Data Science in 2018, he has been focusing on developing novel methods based on deep learning and graph machine learning to solve emerging problems in health informatics, bioinformatics, and drug discovery. He was the principal investigator of a prestigious project funded by Callaghan Innovation (NZ), aimed at using deep learning to discover new compounds for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. He was also the sole principal investigator of a project with the Singapore Immunology Network to develop a deep learning framework to identify FDA-approved drugs that can be repurposed to treat tuberculosis. In addition, he is a key researcher on other four projects funded by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (NZ) and the NZ Health Research Council with a total amount of more than NZ$18 million. His has an H-index of 20.
